Return Guidelines

Thank you for visiting Play It Right! While we hope you are happy with our products, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us within fifteen (15) days from the date you received it. For more information on our Return Policy, see Play It Right’s Return Policy.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

NON-EXCHANGEABLE, NON-RETURNABLE & NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

  1. As proof of purchase, the order invoice or delivery receipt must be presented. The product being returned or exchanged must not be used, in new condition and returned in original packaging. If the above conditions are not met, we reserve the right not to accept the return and will proceed to send the product back to you if deemed necessary.
     
  2. The product shall only be approved for Return/Exchange if:

    Should we find that the returned product does not meet the requirements aforementioned, the item will be refunded back to you less the delivery fee and your order will be considered as cancelled.

    • The wrong product was ordered,, and you wish to exchange for the correct product, subject to stock availability,
    • The product received is different from the actual item ordered,
    • The product has a factory defect, or
    • The Product has missing parts.
  3. This policy applies only to products not under the list of non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable items.
     
  4. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
     
  5. Items on any sales promotion cannot be returned for exchange or refund unless defective.

NON-EXCHANGEABLE, NON-RETURNABLE & NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

Due to hygiene concerns, the following items are non-exchangeable, non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Innerwear items such as: socks, tights, compression stockings, mouthguards, blister pads, and bandages.
  • Any item that contains liquid or powder for consumption.

RETURN YOUR PURCHASE

You may choose to return your items by logging in to your account and filing your item for a return, or you may contact our Customer Support team through support@playitright.com. Our courier will then pick up your item for return. There will be no additional charge if the return is approved. 

REFUND

Once your return is approved, the credit will automatically be returned to your credit card or original payment method or designated bank account, whichever is applicable. Cash or over the counter payments may opt for an E-Voucher that can be used on PlayitRight.

Refund Time Frame:

  • E-Voucher - within 3 working days (see mechanics here)
  • Credit Card - within 15 banking days (depending on your bank policy)
  • Debit Card- within 45 banking days (depending on your bank policy)
  • Cash on delivery (“COD”) & over-the-counter (“OTC”) - within 30 banking days (your bank details will be required once the refund is approved)
  • GCash/Grabpay – within 7 working days

PLAY IT RIGHT reserves the rights to withhold any refund if your original item has not reached our warehouse.
