The Mueller MLER-72024 is the X-Large version of the Mueller Graduated Compression Arm Sleeve. It offers the same high-performance compression features as the 72023 but is designed for larger arm circumferences to ensure proper fit, comfort, and effective compression without being overly restrictive.
